An ultra-marathon race between International Falls and Tower, Minnesota is set to go next month.
The Arrowhead Ultra 135 is considered to be one of the ‘World’s Toughest Endurance Challenges’ as competitors ski, bike or run the 135-mile course.
Race director Ken Krueger says racers from around the world are again coming.
“We have four Brazilians. One from Serbia, Italy, England, about 30 States and most provinces,” says Kreuger.
Krueger notes a competitor from California is now in the area training.
The event will start in International Falls on January 28.
This will be its 15th year.
