A report from Deloitte suggests the cost of providing supports and services for at-risk college students is leaving Ontario's colleges with a funding shortfall.

The report says Colleges spend a combined $206-million on services such as language and mental health, but receive just $45-million in return from the province.

While advocating a need for more funding, the report also recommends measures that assist secondary students transition to college.
