The provincial government is touting the amount of infrastructure work it will fund across the province this year.
Construction on 250 projects is now underway or about to start.
129 projects will be completed by September.
Here in the Rainy River district, much of that work relates to road construction projects along Highway 11, 502 and 71.
There’s also water treatment plant upgrades in Mitaanjigaming and Nigigoonsiminikaaning First Nations.
