Minnesota is joining a coalition of states who’ll says they’ll uphold the Paris Accord despite President Trump’s desire to withdraw and possibly renegotiate the deal.
The coalition was initially started by the Governors of Washington, New York and California, with Minnesota and nine others joining this week.
Governor Mark Dayton says it will show the world what can be achieved by the states working together.
