A Kenora man is out of pocket $750 for taking a truck into a provincial park.
Daniel Prouty pleaded guilty to the charge stemming from an incident at Turtle River – White Otter Lake Provincial Park last June.
Court was told he had driven his truck down a trail meant for ATVs and walking to access a boat cache on Dibble Lake.
Along with the fine, Prouty also lost his right to keep a boat on Dibble.
