Organizers of the Boundary Waters Dragon Boat Festival in Fort Frances are still looking for teams to take part.
It’s scheduled for June 30.
Foundation President Greg Thorstad says they do have some interest from the teams who took part in the ice dragons event in February.
This year, races will be staged from both sides of the Rainy River allowing for greater participation from the US side.
As in past years, the event will be raising money for the Canadian Breast Cancer Cause.
They will also raise money for the Backus Community Center.
Along with the dragon boat races will be the return of the tug of war.
People on both sides of the border will be pulling a rope across the Rainy River.
