The Ford Government is creating a special mining working group that will focus on reducing red tape and attracting investment to the sector.
The group is chaired by Minister of Mines Greg Rickford and brings together industry representatives that reflect the diversity and strength of the province’s mining sector.
Members will provide the province with input on important issues affecting the mining sector while identifying opportunities to ensure future growth and competitiveness.
