Grand Council Treaty Three is taking exception to a recent court ruling on Ontario’s Sex Education curriculum.
The judge ruled that it’s up to elected officials and not the courts to make legislation and policy decisions.
Grand Chief Frances Kavenaugh says the courts ruling suggests any harm to students is speculative.
