The Ford government is embarking on a $30 billion infrastructure spending spree.
Infrastructure Minister Monte McNaughton explains it is starting with smaller communities.
Municipalities and First Nations with populations under 100,000 are now eligible to submit their roads and bridge projects.
Communities have eight weeks to submit their projects to the portal on the Grants Ontario website.
The infrastructure minister explains more details on the application process will be coming in a letter to those communities in the next day or two.
