Swimmers will be without access to the pool at the Memorial Sports Centre in Fort Frances this summer.
The town is planning to do some maintenance this July and August.
Pool users who hold memberships may get a break.
The town’s Community Services Committee is recommending they get the option of suspending their memberships during the shutdown, allowing for an extension afterward.
This would prohibit them from using their cards to access other parts of the facility.
Town council will consider the request at their meeting tonight.
