An opportunity for anyone new in Fort Frances.
The Valley Adult Learning Association will be hosting a meet and greet this Friday from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Plaza Lanes.
The Association’s Tracey Ormerod says anyone who is recent resident of the area is welcome.
We’re going to be playing at the bowling lanes. We’re going to have hot dogs and drinks and then we’re going to have an Easter egg hunt for the children,” says Ormerod. “We want them to be welcomed and we want them to make contact so they’ve got other people. Quite off these families come as a family unit and don’t have (other) family in the town.”
The event is free but you are asked to contact VALA in advance.

Ormerod says they would like a count of how many are coming and if you have any dietary needs.
