Public will get a chance next month to voice their thoughts about planned improvements to Highway 53 in International Falls.
City council is holding a public hearing on the project on Tuesday, May 21st starting at 6 p.m.
Officials from the Minnesota Department of Transportation are also expected to be on hand.
The $5.1-million project includes a rehabilitation of the roadway from Crescent Drive to 4th Street.
A paved trail for pedestrians and bicyclists is also planned.
Work is scheduled to start next summer.
