A vehicle stolen from Fort Frances has been identified in an accident in Winnipeg.
The vehicle crashed into two homes in the Elmwood area Saturday night at around 9 p.m.
The driver, later identified as a 26-year-old woman from Winnipeg, fled but was eventually arrested by Winnipeg Police.
She had to be taken to hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the crash.
Police say the vehicle had been reported stolen from Fort Frances last Tuesday.
