All forest fires burning in the Rainy River district are now out.
There were two new ones reported Sunday.
One sparked near the Rawn Resevoir north of Atikokan.
The other was on the Big Grassy River First Nation.
Both were small in size.
A fire burning near Panorama Lake, 55 kilometres northwest of Fort Frances, since last Saturday has also been declared out.
The fire hazard is currently is low.
Meantime, outdoor burning is permitted across the district.
The townships of Alberton, LaVallee, Emo and Chapple are selling their permits on oline through their websites.
Permits can also be purchased at local municipal offices.
