Ontario is reiterating its commitment to continue fighting against the federal carbon tax program.
Attorney General Doug Downey met yesterday with his counterparts from Manitoba, Alberta, New Brunswick, and Saskatchewan to discuss their legal strategies.
Saskatchewan is appealing a lower court ruling that stated the federal government had the right to impose the tax on such things as gasoline and heating fuels.
