The fall court sports season is underway for high schools across the Rainy River district.
Atikokan Voyageurs took three of four games against the Red Lake Rams Monday to open their season in the NorWOSSA A division.
Both the senior and junior boys volleyball teams beat their opponents in three straight games.
The Voyageurs senior girls basketball team also scoring a win, 46-22.
The junior girls lost to the Rams 40-20.
Fort Frances Muskies court teams open play today in the NoWOSSA AA division.
The girls basketball and boys volleyball teams are in Kenora to face the Beaver Brae Broncos.
Games begin at 12 noon.
At Falls High School, the Broncos junior varsity football team lost to Deer River 28-14.
