It was a record-breaking Monday across our region.
Fort Frances reached a high of 29 C which was the hot spot in northwestern Ontario.
That also broke the old mark set back in 1998 by a full decrease.
Atikokan’s high of 28.5 was just a tick higher than the 1948 record.
New weather records were also set in Dryden, Red Lake and Sioux Lookout.
