Paul Bunyan Communications has submitted its application for state funding to extend broadband services to parts of Koochiching County.
It’s one of 78 applications now before the Office of Broadband Development.
Paul Bunyan is seeking $1.4 million to assist with costs to bring broadband to areas south and west of International Falls and around Kabetogama.
The public can challenge the proposal.
They have until October 18 to submit their concerns in writing.
