Leaders of the six major federal parties are preparing for two national debates this week.
The English-language debate takes place tonight while a French-language debate is on Thursday.
Each debate will cover five different topics.
The English one is focusing on affordability and economic insecurity, environment and energy, Indigenous issues, leadership in Canada and on the global stage, and polarization, human rights and immigration.
The debates will be streamed on television, radio and online beginning at 6 p.m. Central time.
