Area municipalities now have an understanding of how much in provincial funding they’ll have to work with next year.
The provincial government has revealed the allocations in transfer payments to municipalities.
Fort Frances will receive over $3.3 million, a loss of about $70-thousand from this year.
Atikokan is also seeing a drop of about $17-thousand to about $1.7 million.
Dawson, Emo, LaVallee and Morley townships will also see less money than this year.
Lake of the Woods township and the town of Rainy River are getting the same amount in 2020 as they did in 2019.
Alberton township is getting $100-dollars more than in 2019.
