You won’t be crossing the Canada/US border anytime soon.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau made the announcement Tuesday saying the border will remain closed until July 21st.
Trudeau says the 30-day extension was the right decision to make.
“It was the right thing to further extend by 30 days our closure of the Canada/US border to travellers other than essential services and goods. We will continue to watch carefully what’s happening around the world,” Trudeau said.
Trudeau noted the situation is changing rapidly and they are adjusting constantly to ensure the right measures are in place for Canada.
