Buy a cookie from Tim Hortons this week and you will support a local charity.
All sales from every cookie sold through the Smile Cookie campaign will be handed over to the Rainy River District Community Policing Committee.
It’s part of a national promotion that is into its 24th year.
Last year, a record $9.8 million was raised for over 550 charities across the country.
