Work on Highway 53 in International Falls is wrapping up for the season.
Crews were working between 15th and 20th Streets this summer.
They are still doing some work off of the road.
But the Minnesota Department of Transportation says traffic is now again flowing in both directions with no restrictions.
Signal lights at 17th Street will be flashing red until next Monday.
Work on other sections of the Highway will resume next May.
