Safeway is helping to keep the Salvation Army’s food bank open in Fort Frances.
The local grocery store collected $4,847.76 during its “Joy of Giving” campaign held in December.
The funds were raised through customer donations and matched by the store.
Safeway presented the Salvation Army with the money last week.
