The Fort Frances Muskies girls hockey team has finished out the Hockey Town Girls Hockey Holiday Classic in Warroad with three losses following 8-0 loss to the Rosemount Irish Thursday night.
The team was outshot 41-14.
The Muskies opened the tournament on Boxing Day with a 6-1 loss to the Crookston Pirates.
Courtney McCoy scored the Muskies’ lone goal late in the third period.
The Muskies managed just six shots in the game to the 41 taken by the Pirates.
Facing the host Warroad Warriors on Wednesday night, the Muskies fell 9-1.
No scoring details were available.
The Muskies see action next Friday and Saturday in Morris, Minnesota, against the Morris-Benson Area Storm.
Meantime, the Muskies boys hockey team opened tournament play in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, Thursday night with an 11-0 loss to the Detroit Lakes Lakers.
Fort Frances was outshot 47-11.
The Muskies next face the host, Fergus Falls Ottos, on Friday night.
