A Thunder Bay man has been charged with careless driving.
In an incident that occurred in May east of Atikokan, a log truck was observed crossing the centre line on Highway 11 several times.
On one occasion, a vehicle was forced to the shoulder.
OPP say they were able to obtain video of the incident.
With the help of the video, the Ministry of Transportation and Canada Border Services Agency, police were able to charge a 24-year-old.
The trucker was also charged with falsifying records and driving a commercial motor vehicle that had not been inspected.
The man is scheduled to appear in an Atikokan courtroom in September to answer to the charges.
