Thunder Bay-Atikokan MPP Kevin Holland has some added responsibilities.
Holland has been named Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Long-Term Care.
This adds to his current duties as Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Mines.
It is his fourth parliamentary assistant assignment since being elected to Queen’s Park in 2022.
He first served as Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing immediately after his election win.
Holland then became Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Northern Development and Minister of Indigenous Affairs in March 2023 before moving to Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Mines in April of this year.
The additional role came last week with Premier Doug Ford making several changes to his team of parliamentary assistants.
Three MPPs, including Holland, received additional roles.
Seven were moved to new positions, while six others were dropped, and their roles were handed over to other PC members.
