The provincial party leaders will gather Friday for the first debate of the election.
The Federation of Northern Ontario Municipalities is hosting the event in North Bay.
All four of the main party leaders are scheduled to attend.
Their platforms, as they impact northern Ontario, will be the focus.
“This debate provides an important opportunity for northerners to hear directly from provincial leaders about the unique challenges and opportunities impacting our daily lives,” says Danny Whalen, President of FONOM, in a release.
To attend in person, tickets were selling for $130 a person.
Those unable to make it to North Bay can watch it on Your TV North Bay’s YouTube page.
The debate begins at 1 p.m. Eastern (noon Central).
