A delegation from Fort Frances is in Toronto this week for the annual Rural Ontario Municipal Association conference.
Mayor Andrew Hallikas is joined by Chief Administrative Officer Faisal Anwar and Councillor John McTaggart.
They only have one meeting with a member of Premier Ford’s cabinet.
A session with Health Minister Sylvia Jones will discuss the communities desire for more physicians.
Other meetings with the Ministers of Finance and Transportation were requested but could not be accommodated.
