Three people escaped serious injury after a small plane crashed near Stratton.
The Cessna 172 came down last Thursday after striking a power line during an aborted landing at an unregistered landing strip.
The plane ended up on its roof and was heavily damaged.
The Transportation Safety Board says the plane was registered to Harv’s Air Service out of Steinbach, Manitoba, and was out on a rental flight.
The TSB says it was notified of the incident and has classified it as a class 5 occurrence.
Class 5 occurrences are not subject to comprehensive investigations followed by an investigation report.
However, the TSB does record the data for possible future safety analysis, statistical reporting, or archival purposes.
