Rainy River First Nations continues to deal with water problems.
A notice posted on the community’s Facebook page noted low water levels led to a loss of water pressure and the pumps at its water treatment plant to stop functioning.
The public works department has been working since Sunday to fix the issue.
There were plans to bring in water on Monday.
The Emo Inn also opened its facilities to residents needing a shower.

In an update on Tuesday, arrangements were made for another meal for residents.
A spaghetti dinner was organized on Monday night.
A deal with The Laundry Centre in Fort Frances was also made for residents needing to do laundry.

It is not the first time there have been problems at the plant.
The community endured several issues last year that included water loss and prompting short-term boil water advisories.
The last occurred just before Christmas when the plant experienced unexpected water loss.
