An adult entertainment parlour is being proposed for downtown Fort Frances.
Town council is to discuss tonight a recommendation from its planning and development committee that it approve a request for the business to be established in the 200 block of Scott Street.
A report from by-law does not state who’s proposing the business, but says an application for a business license is complete and requires council to define the location.
