Young people are becoming less satisfied with Canada’s banking system.
A report by J.D. Power finds those 40 and under have the most complaints, either about the branch, or with telephone and online services.
The study also found the under 40 customers are more apt to switch banks than those over 40.
Among the big 5, TD Canada Trust scores the highest satisfaction rating among all Canadians surveyed.
Tangerine ranks number one among the mid-sized banks.
