At other tracks on the weekend, Tanner Williamson of Fort Frances raced to first in the mid-west modified feature at Lake of the Woods Speedway in Kenora Friday.
Jake Froemke of International Falls was first in the street stock feature at Winnipeg’s Red River Co-op Speedway on Saturday.
Tylar Wilson of Fort Frances was seventh.
In the midwest mod feature in Winnipeg, Emo’s Christopher Leek, who lives in Manitoba, was 6th.
Jeff Davis of Devlin placed 9th in the modified feature at Hibbing on Saturday.
International Falls Post 66 Legion baseball team has earned their spot in the American Legion Sub-state tournament after a 4-3 win yesterday over Esko.
The Falls team scored all of its runs in the 4th inning.
The sub-state tournament takes place this coming weekend in Marble, Minnesota.
