Fort Frances town council will begin next month crafting a new strategic plan.
Chief Administrative Officer Doug Brown says they will do things a little different than what they’ve done in the past.
“Senior managers and council will get together on October 7 and go over what we think’s important for the next 3 years, what we imagine the community can be in 3 years from now, and how we’re going to get there,” says Brown.
Brown says they will also be going to the public for input.
“Lot of the stuff is going to be put into a draft plan where we will show it to the public and other boards as we go forward.”
Many of the objectives identified in the previous plan were accomplished.
