On the election campaign trail on the weekend, the Green party released its election platform which will make all laws from an environmental point of view.

The Conservatives are promising children’s fitness and arts training tax credits. The fitness credits would amount to $1,000 per child per year and for the arts, $500 per year per child.

The Liberals are pledging more daycare spaces with leader Justin Trudeau claiming a new Liberal government would work with the provinces and territories “will double federal support for early learning and childcare.”
The NDP introduced a new candidate in Quebec who defected from the Green Party.
