A woman who’s lived with Cystic Fibrosis all her life is giving back.
Jennifer Allison, who lives in Rainy River, is holding a fashion show fundraiser in her hometown of Kenora this weekend.
Allison is turning over the proceeds to the CF Foundation.
“Being with Cystic Fibrosis myself I’ve seen the benefits of people’s donations and research. Being involved with a great company like Nygard’s Style Direct, it’s given me an opportunity to be able to give back,” says Allison.
The event will take place at St. Alban’s Church in Kenora this Sunday at 3 p.m.
Allison says models will be showing of Nygard’s fall line. Those attending will have the opportunity afterwards to purchase any of the items being displayed.
