Some sad news in municipal politics in International Falls.
Bob Anderson, the mayor of International Falls, has died.
Family members informed city administration this morning of his passing.
No other details are being immediately released.
Anderson had been mayor since 2012 and recently attended a council meeting this past Monday.
He’s also served as mayor between 1982 and 1986 before serving as Councillor for 14 years.
