The final vacancy on International Falls city council has been filled.
Chelsea Nelson was officially sworn into office yesterday as councillor-at-large.
She takes over the seat vacated by Harley Droba when he moved over to become mayor.
Fourteen candidates applied for the position with five withdrawing their names before city council members began the selection process on Monday.
